Hello everyone! I'm getting ready to head home from work - and yes, it's almost 7:00 pm. Ridiculous isn't it? I just wasn't able to get anything done today (my own fault) so decided to stay and get it done once everyone had left.
So now I'm getting ready to head home, where I may find myself writing another blog eventually. Still debating on what to do about dinner. Can't seem to decide.
Anyway, I'm waiting and waiting for this rain that everyone claims we're going to get from the hurricane. If it's as bad as they say, there will be a lot of flooding in my area and also where my parents are. But still haven't seen the first drop *shrug*. Don't get me wrong...I'm not complaining exactly...but I am wondering if it will miss us all together and simply keep moving out west.
Well, Little Tiki is causing upset stomachs and Ra Ra, Sarah's baby, is causing back pains. Cheryl, our social worker, was making us laugh by telling Sarah that her shirt was too tight and causing Ra Ra to complain and get cramped. She told her she couldn't wear that one shirt she was wearing anymore *grin*. Ah well...the joys of pregnancy.
I'm enjoying the other Sarah's blog. There are some funny kids on that thing - it's at http://littlefallofrain.blogspot.com if you want to check it out. I think I made a plug for it earlier. But it amazes me at how much more things make sense now that I'm older. There's one girl who is talking about a Senior who keeps picking on her...and she's describing a very immature boy who has a crush of some sort. He may not want to do anything about it, but he's getting his ya-ya's from touching her and getting her all riled up. That's what it sounds like anyway. And then this one kid that I really think is funny, Trevor, laughed because I used the word "ya-ya"...he thinks I'm like 40 or something, but really, I'm just now pushing 30. Little does he know I act like I'm only 16 *grin*. Oh well...I like the age I am. It's comfortable, and it's still young. I have my independence and freedom, yet I still have a lot ahead of me. I would love to do college again, but hate the reality check you get once you step out. It's a real wake up call >:p....
okay, time to go home...more later - this randomness I've had lately probably isn't all that amusing, eh?
