I just want you to know, I'm writing on the post screen in white...which means I can't see my words. So if something looks funny, it's probably because I can't see what I'm typing. The smart thing would be to change the color after I'm done typing. But I never claimed to be a genious...
anyway, i drove about 10 miles to get a mt. dew - that's pitiful. especially when i'm going to have to go to bed here in a bit. but I just seemed to be craving one. how am i going to stop drinking that stuff on monday??? AAAAHHHH!!
but i am determined to lose weight. I will not be a slave to food any longer. so i better go check up on the dr. phill book (yes...i am using his book)...man, a lot of good things come from texas - George W. Bush, Steven Robert Jones, , dr. phill, all kinds of different stuff.
