so nick and i went to go see "curious george" on thursday, and let me tell you, i really loved that movie. i remember getting really aggravated (there's that word i don't know how to spell again) with him when i was a kid, but this story and the animation was so precious that i can't wait to have a kid just so i can do the room in all curious george stuff *grin*.
anyway, it's a good movie, and the music from jack johnson only makes it even more adorable. good choice - fit the movie perfectly.
and before i saw the movie, i picked up the complete stories at costco...the introduction gave a history of the authors, and it's an amazing history. i have much more respect for the whole story - amazing - h. a. rey and his wife margaret were jews and escaped france (i think) hours before germans occupied the city they were in. anyway, it's an interesting story they tell...
okay, really - going to bed now. i need sleep so i don't seem so frazzled - and i need some quality time with the lord so i can get my life straightened out. i feel like a mess right now and i just need the lord to bring peace back into my life, because i feel like that's what i'm missing. and it's all my fault for not remaining focused on him and leaving my attention on the uncertainties around me.
whatever - i'm tired. goodnight.
