Lee University 2007

Ah, my wonderful roommates from 2007. We did have another, but she graduated in December and I had the room to myself. That was awesome :). Nikeya Williams and Johnna Ephrussi. Johnna's name is the one that was hard to spell - but I think I've got it right. Anyway, this is the couch we had in the living room from their friend Edward. The funny part is that the dumpster divers that were avidly stalking the dumpsters as people moved out asked if they could have this and the matching chair. They were driving a beat up car. We said sure and thought they'd come back with a truck. Nope - they loaded this couch, the matching arm chair, a kitchen table and four chairs, a couple of bags of clothing - and some other stuff we couldn't believe they'd take (like bags of trash) and loaded it ON TOP of the car...I couldn't believe it. I've never seen something so redneck in my life. But they wanted it, and they found a way to get it...crazy if you ask me. But makes me wonder if that white Buick Regal I'm driving would make the same type of haul...

*laugh* But the point is, these were my wonderful roommates that helped me through the roughest semester of my life. They're great, God fearing women, and I'm excited to see what they're going to do in life over the next few years - they graduate in December of this coming year, and I know God will use them greatly. I'll miss living with them, but I'm so glad to have my own apartment!!
