Man, my fingers are swollen...I've had entirely too much salt and I ate something not too long ago. Why I continue to eat before I go to bed when I'm not even hungry, I'll never know. My eating has definitely gotten out of control again. So much has happened since I wrote last!!
First off, we started the Black Gospel Choir - God was so amazingly faithful in that. Without getting into details, the Lord has brought about 20 to 25 people into the choir. I'm really excited...and they sing really well, too. And everyone LOVES it...and I do too. But tonight's practice was so frustrating...I was way off, and I should have just stopped and asked God to help me - I did at one point, but I was so distracted at that point. I came in unprepared - but the worst thing about it all was that I didn't spend quality time with God today. And that's the crux of the problem.
I'm flagging in several areas of my life and I have to remember that my life is in His hands. He's in control of everything...I am not. God, please help me.
Well, the other piece of big news is that we'll be going to Ukraine in May. I'll be taking up my vacation time to do it, but I'm going to go with our church. It's been a rush job in trying to get everything settled, and I'm praying that my money gets back in time, but I don't know.
It's late...I'm going to try and write some more tomorrow :S....
